Equipment Warranty

Pumps, parts, dosing equipment, monitoring equipment, and related products sold by Cape Fear Water Solutions are subject to the warranty terms provided by their respective manufacturers.

 

Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions vary by manufacturer and product type.

 

Customers should refer to the manufacturer's documentation supplied with the product for complete warranty information.

 

Chemical Products

Due to the nature of wastewater treatment chemicals and varying site conditions, chemical products are sold without performance warranties unless specifically agreed to in writing.

 

Cape Fear Water Solutions warrants only that chemical products will conform to their published specifications at the time of shipment.

 

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage or failures resulting from:

• Improper installation

• Improper storage

• Improper maintenance

• Misuse or abuse

• Chemical incompatibility

• Freezing or extreme temperatures

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Normal wear and tear

• Acts of nature or environmental conditions

 

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

• Original proof of purchase

• Product model and serial number, if applicable

• Description of the issue

• Supporting photographs when requested

 

Products may be required to be returned for inspection prior to warranty approval.

 

Limitation of Warranty

Cape Fear Water Solutions' responsibility under any approved warranty claim is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price, at our discretion and subject to manufacturer approval where applicable.
