Shipping Methods

Cape Fear Water Solutions ships via UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, and manufacturer-direct shipments when applicable.

 

Freight Shipments

Large pumps, tanks, chemical totes, and oversized equipment may require freight delivery.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Cape Fear Water Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Damage

Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to us immediately.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
