Cape Fear Water Solutions provides chemical products and treatment solutions for wastewater, water treatment, odor control, corrosion prevention, and fats, oils, and grease (FOG) management applications.
All products must be used in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as manufacturer recommendations and site-specific operating requirements.
Customers are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any chemical product for their intended application.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request and should be reviewed prior to handling, storing, transporting, or applying any chemical product.
By purchasing chemical products from Cape Fear Water Solutions, the customer acknowledges responsibility for:

Reviewing applicable SDS documentation

Training personnel on proper handling procedures

Maintaining required safety equipment

Following all storage and transportation requirements

Complying with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulations
Technical Recommendations
Recommendations provided by Cape Fear Water Solutions are based upon information supplied by the customer and field observations available at the time.
Actual system conditions may vary due to flow changes, wastewater characteristics, weather conditions, equipment performance, industrial discharges, and other factors beyond our control.
All dosing recommendations, treatment programs, and performance projections should be considered guidance and not guarantees of performance.
Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their equipment, piping, storage tanks, pumps, treatment systems, and operating conditions prior to use.
Cape Fear Water Solutions is not responsible for damages resulting from incompatible materials, improper installation, or improper application.
Limitation of Liability
Cape Fear Water Solutions shall not be liable for damages, losses, regulatory violations, environmental impacts, injuries, or operational issues resulting from:
